Responsibilities
Conduct legal and factual research relating to consumer class action claims Analyze applicable state and federal laws Draft complaints, pleadings, motions, and other legal filings Research potential claims, defendants, and class action issues Assist with developing and evaluating consumer class action matters Prepare and manage filings across multiple jurisdictions
Qualifications
Must be licensed to practice law in California 2+ years of consumer class action experience Experience handling consumer class action matters Strong legal research and drafting experience Familiarity with multi-state filings is a plus Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $200,000.
