Contract Manager
About The Role:
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
- Manage the delivery of all services in your specific area to provide consistently high levels of performance that meet contractual obligations to customers and the strategic objectives of the division
- Delivering training to employees as required
- Oversee orders of stock to your sites and the monitor usage
- Motivating site managers, supervisors and staff throughout the area to deliver high quality service
- Ensuring accuracy of scheduling system and employee compliance with booking procedures and payroll
What are we looking for?
- Applicants must have the right to work in the EU
- Experience working with employees as a line manager/supervisor in any business area
- Evidence of "hands-on" operational experience
- Proven background of managing, motivating, developing and retaining a dispersed workforce though others
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload and delegate effectively to direct reports
