About the Opportunity: The CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE role is designed to serve as the primary contact for patients, guiding them through their care journey and ensuring professional, compassionate, and efficient communication. This position supports the organization by enhancing patient experience and resolving inquiries to maintain satisfaction and operational flow. Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries via phone, email, chat, and text. Assist patients with account management, order status, and treatment navigation. Coordinate with clinical, pharmacy, and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless patient service. Document all customer interactions accurately in internal systems. Address and resolve patient issues empathetically to uphold satisfaction. Achieve performance targets related to response time, quality, and patient experience. Requirements: At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, telehealth, medical offices, or pharmacy. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective problem-solving and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, remote setting. Capability to multitask while maintaining professionalism. Proficiency with computers and customer support software. Pay Range and Compensation Package: Hourly pay range: $20 to $22 per hour, subject to candidate location, skills, experience, and education.
