Job Brief - This position will support and manage our corporate retail accounts, with a strong focus on big box customers such as Home Depot and Lowe's. - We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships while also being highly analytical and detail-oriented. - The role requires balancing customer service and account management with forecasting, inventory planning, logistics coordination, and data analysis, especially during our peak season. - This is a fully remote position with approximately 30% of the workweek spent in the field visiting assigned retail stores and customer locations. - The remaining time will be dedicated to remote account management, reporting, forecasting, and coordination with internal teams.
