Corporate German Trainer
About the position goFLUENT is hiring a Corporate German Trainer to help business professionals from diverse industries develop communication skills. The trainer delivers live online lessons to professionals from leading companies worldwide, including executives, managers, engineers, doctors, lawyers, scientists, and other industry experts. Lessons take place one-on-one and in small groups, using goFLUENT’s established teaching methodology to create interactive, supportive virtual learning environments that encourage participation. The role is fully remote and freelance, offers a flexible schedule, and is described as a 30-hour workweek with a consistent daytime schedule based on Paris Time; weekends are optional.
Responsibilities
- Deliver live online language lessons to business professionals in one-on-one and small-group settings.
- Facilitate engaging lessons using the established teaching methodology.
- Create an interactive and supportive virtual learning environment that encourages learner participation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Excellent German proficiency and good English communication skills.
- Comfort teaching through video conferencing platforms.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Professional, engaging, and learner-focused approach.
- Quiet, dedicated workspace with a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
- PC or laptop running Windows 10 or later, or macOS Monterey, Ventura, or Sonoma.
- For Intel computers: Core i5 12th generation, Core i7 11th generation, or equivalent and above; for Mac, a MacBook Pro or MacBook Air with an M1 chip.
- At least 8 GB RAM and 20 GB of free disk space.
- Internet connection with download and upload speeds of at least 10 Mbps.
