Corporate Transactions Attorney | US$90–US$130/hour | Micro1 contractor opportunity Micro1 is seeking corporate transactions attorneys for part-time work training and evaluating AI for legal contract review and redlining, using practical M&A and transaction experience. The work involves simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises; reviewing AI responses to contract scenarios; creating evaluation frameworks and grading criteria; and working with product and research teams to improve contract review data, guidance and model performance. Micro1 requires a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, at least two years in the M&A department of a corporate law firm, and familiarity with APAs and SPAs. Strong written and verbal communication, analytical judgment and attention to detail are required. AI or legal-technology exposure and private-equity experience are preferred. Engagement: Independent contractor, remote and part-time. Micro1 advertises US$90–$130/hour. Compensation is task-based: payment is for completed tasks that meet project specifications.
