Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily functions of the pharmaceutical business, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to company policies.
- Develop and implement successful business strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, focusing on market expansion and revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities within the region, implementing initiatives that promote growth and enhance market presence.
- Ensure compliance with all public health guidelines, laws, and regulations relevant to the pharmaceutical sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, government agencies, and other relevant parties while representing the company at local events or meetings.
Profile
- Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy, Business Management, or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred.
- A minimum of five years of experience in a managerial role within the pharmaceutical industry is required.
- Strong understanding of business strategies with proven ability to drive growth.
