Role Description The Credentialing Lead is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and overseeing credentialing processes for healthcare professionals supported by Rockstar Global. This role includes coordinating medical staff credentialing activities, maintaining up-to-date payer and Medicare enrollment statuses, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and payer requirements. The Credentialing Lead will collaborate with practice owners, virtual assistants, and payers to resolve credentialing issues, track application timelines, and maintain accurate records. Day-to-day tasks involve reviewing documentation, submitting and monitoring applications, communicating status updates to stakeholders, and recommending process improvements to streamline credentialing workflows. The role also requires providing guidance, training, and support to internal teams and practice partners on best practices in credentialing and enrollment.

Qualifications

• Credentialing and Medical Staff Credentialing skills to manage provider enrollment, verification, and compliance.
• Medicare and payer enrollment knowledge, including regulations and timelines for government and commercial payers.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with practice owners, payers, and internal teams.
• Experience in healthcare administration, revenue cycle, or practice management is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency with credentialing software, databases, and standard office productivity tools.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent applications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Preferred: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
