Credit Processing Specialist III (Remote)

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionHours are 8 :00am to 4 :30pm Monday through Friday.This will be a remote position.As a Credit Processing Specialist, you will respond to and resolve moderately complex service issues and requests.In addition, you will :Enter credit application dataAudit lending documentation for accuracy and completeness before sending to the portfolio.This includes incentive programs, customer information, equipment information, dealer charges, customer payoffs, and signatures, and large credit contracts.Perform customer support and account maintenance.Answer questions and handle requests from dealers, customers, and internal staff.Prepare modification form documentation to notify the dealer and the customer of any changes made to the original contract.REQUIRED :Experience working in customer service or financial services environmentEffective written and verbal communications skills, strong attention to detail, excellent telephone skills, and service qualityDemonstrated ability to multi-task with multiple products, systems, and processesProven ability to build strong working relationships and focus on the needs of the customer and dealerSkilled independent decision making and the ability to make decisions despite limited informationDemonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment, positively deal with changes, and demonstrate high personal work standardsPREFERRED :Product / market specific processing experienceEducation (or equivalent work experience)Bachelor's degree in a Financial / Business / Management discipline. Experience: 3 years required
