Custome Service & Sales Representativ – REMOTE
Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Customer Service & Sales Representative at Dulux Mozambique - JM Trading LDA. The role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels, providing product information, and guiding customers on colors, finishes, and product selection. The representative will process orders, manage follow-ups, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer complaints professionally, maintaining accurate customer records, and identifying sales opportunities through consultative conversations. The role also includes meeting defined service and sales targets, contributing feedback on customer trends, and supporting marketing initiatives related to promotions and new product launches.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to support diverse customers in a professional and empathetic manner. Candidates should possess Sales skills, including the ability to identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and close sales ethically. Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret customer feedback, basic data, and sales information to support continuous improvement. Candidates should possess foundational Finance awareness to handle pricing, discounts, and basic order-related financial queries accurately. Previous experience in retail, paints, coatings, or home décor sectors is an advantage. Comfort working remotely with reliable internet access and basic proficiency in common digital tools and CRM systems. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions and tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Portuguese or local languages in Mozambique is beneficial.
