Customer Care Representative
We're looking for customer-focused individuals to join a growing team as Customer Care Representatives! This position is primarily focused on handling inbound calls and assisting customers with questions, account-related concerns, and general support needs. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping others, can think through problems, and knows how to turn a challenging customer interaction into a positive experience. Employment Type: Contract (expected to last through March) Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from participants and assist with their questions. Explain plan details and how the plan works. Promote online portal and mobile app capabilities. Make outbound follow-up calls as needed. Respond to incoming participant emails. Process dependent card requests. Follow privacy and security policies. Work overtime as requested. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Skills & Qualifications: Customer-focused. Attention to detail. Computer competency. Ability to work independently with minimal oversight. Location Details: Remote candidates are welcome. Local Jacksonville candidates will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
