What You'll Do
Turn incoming homeowner inquiries into qualified sales opportunities Build rapport quickly, uncover customer needs, and create excitement around their projects Schedule high-quality appointments for our Design Consultants Connect with homeowners through phone, text, and email Manage customer interactions and maintain accurate notes in our CRM Work alongside a motivated team that values accountability, collaboration, and results Take ownership of your goals and consistently look for ways to improve performance What Makes You a Great Fit You're a natural conversationalist who can connect with just about anyone You know how to steer a conversation without making it feel scripted You're persuasive without being pushy You're competitive, self-motivated, and energized by hitting goals You're quick on your feet and know how to think through unexpected conversations You can balance multiple conversations while staying organized You're comfortable working independently but love being part of a winning team You embrace change, take coaching well, and are always looking to get better You take pride in doing things right and keeping accurate records Bonus points: Experience in inside sales, appointment setting, or high-volume customer engagement Growth & Advancement We're a growing company, and we believe in developing people who want to grow with us.
