Rather than simply providing information, you'll focus on creating a positive client experience and developing relationships built on trust and dependable service.
What You'll Do
- Meet with clients through phone and virtual appointments
- Learn about individual needs and provide relevant benefit information
- Explain coverage and program details in a simple, understandable way
- Respond to questions and provide ongoing client support
- Review existing benefit options with clients when appropriate
- Stay knowledgeable about current programs, services, and updates
- Complete and maintain necessary digital documentation
- Follow up with clients and build lasting professional relationships
