Customer Service Representative Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Work Arrangement: Onsite Experience Required: 0-2 years Salary: $18-$21/hour Job Summary We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide friendly, efficient support to customers via phone, email, or chat. You'll resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally Process orders, returns, or account updates as needed Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams Provide accurate information about products or services Meet performance goals for response time and satisfaction Requirements & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 0-2 years of customer service experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable with computer systems and multitasking Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused Ability to remain calm under pressure
