Location: Telecommute (Designated Office: Palm Springs, FL) Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday ( M-Th: 8AM-5:30PM/Fri: 8AM-12PM) Pay: up to $18.62 per hour commensurate with experience Are you passionate about helping others? We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and be the friendly voice supporting families and providers in our community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, delivering exceptional customer care, and communicating with diverse populations. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
