About the Role
GL1 is seeking dependable individuals for a Remote Customer Service Representative / Product Tester opportunity. In this independent contractor role, you will participate in product testing projects from home, document your experiences, complete feedback activities, and communicate observations through surveys, journals, photos, or videos. No previous experience is required, and flexible scheduling allows you to work 15–25 hours per week while earning weekly compensation.

Responsibilities
- Participate in assigned In-Home Usage Test (IHUT) projects.
- Follow testing instructions and project schedules accurately.
- Use products responsibly and according to provided guidelines.
- Document testing activities through photos, videos, screenshots, audio recordings, and written journals.
- Complete online surveys, reviews, and questionnaires regarding product performance.
- Participate in online discussions or private chat groups when required.
- Submit accurate and timely feedback to market research partners.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding products and testing information.
- Manage testing assignments independently while meeting project deadlines.
