No prior experience is required; if hired, you will receive paid training to set you up for success.## Location* Illinois, USA* Missouri, USA## What You’ll Do* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels as assigned* Provide clear, accurate information about services, scheduling, and next steps* Listen actively, ask the right questions, and document details to resolve concerns efficiently* De-escalate issues with empathy and professionalism and escalate when appropriate* Maintain accurate records in internal systems (notes, updates, follow-ups)* Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure timely resolution* Meet quality, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction expectations## Required Skills* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)* Language skills (bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus)* Human-centered approach: empathy, patience, and respect when supporting customers## Experience Level* 0–2 years of experience* No prior experience required—paid training provided upon hire## What We’re Looking For* A positive, customer-first mindset and a willingness to learn* Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems/tools* Reliable attendance and strong follow-through on tasks and commitments* Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations professionally* Team-oriented attitude with a desire to improve and accept coaching## Training & Support* Paid training provided after hire* Coaching and feedback to help you build confidence and grow in the role* Clear processes and team support to help you succeed
