About the Role

In this position, you will assist clients with booking and managing vacations, cruises, and travel experiences while delivering a high level of service. This is a remote position with flexible scheduling options. Training and ongoing support are provided. Responsibilities - Assist clients with planning and booking travel, including cruises, resorts, and vacation packages. - Provide accurate information on destinations, pricing, and travel options based on client needs. - Manage reservations and maintain clear communication with clients before and after travel. - Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner. - Maintain organized records of client interactions and bookings. Qualifications - Strong communication and customer service skills are required. - Candidates should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple tasks, and using online systems. - Basic computer skills and reliable internet access are necessary. - An interest in travel and hospitality is preferred. Preferred Experience - Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel planning is helpful but not required. - Training will be provided for qualified candidates. Compensation - This is a commission-based position. Earnings vary based on bookings completed and client volume.
