Customer Success Manager
We’re looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Success Manager to build strong customer relationships, drive product adoption and help customers realize measurable value from our SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate brings experience managing customer relationship in a SaaS environment, along with a strong understanding of quick-serve restaurants (QSR) or the broader restaurant industry. An understanding of the realities of restaurant operations, from front-of-house and back-of-house workflows to labor efficiency, transaction management and guest experience will enable you to connect with customers, understand their challenges and demonstrate how our solutions can make a meaningful impact on their business. In this role you will proactively drive engagement, identify opportunities to expand product utilization and partner cross functionally to resolve issues and improve customer experience. What You’ll Do · Manage and grow relationships with large enterprise customers, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction · Lead and organize Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key stakeholders · Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Support teams (including US-based colleagues) · Identify opportunities for account growth, expansion, and increased product adoption · Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for improvements with internal teams · Deliver a high standard of service with strong attention to detail and follow-through · Contribute to the overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes Increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction What We’re Looking For · 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role · Restaurant or Hospitality experience, QSR experience a plus · Proven experience managing enterprise-level SaaS accounts · Strong background in SaaS environments, ideally in companies with $25M+ ARR · Demonstrated ability to lead QBRs and drive customer engagement strategies · Excellent Communication skills · Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail · Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency · Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, remote environments Why Join Us · Work directly with a global, high-growth SaaS company · Remote-first culture with flexible working arrangements · Opportunities for career growth and exposure to international clients · Be part of a supportive, respectful, and high-performing team
