As a Customer Support Engineer, you will have a chance to join our Support team and provide a high-level technical support of MGID system.
What You'll Do:
- Technical support via chat and email
- Investigating and solving issues related to different products
- Debug and troubleshooting integrations
- Preparing and running queries in DB
- Widgets Design
Requirements
Who You Are:
You possess an expertise with:
- Linux shell
- MySQL
- Bug Tracking Systems (Youtrack, Jira, etc.)
- HTML5/CSS3/JS
- RestAPI
Will be a plus:
- Any programming language
Language proficiency:
- Intermediate+ English level
- Native Ukrainian
Technical support experience with Linux shell, MySQL, bug tracking systems, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and REST API; intermediate-plus English and native Ukrainian required.
