AaraTech Inc is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst Retail & E-Commerce to support security operations across retail and e-commerce environments. This role focuses on threat monitoring, vulnerability management, data protection, and incident response for customer, payment, and transactional systems. Ideal for early-career cybersecurity professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and investigate security alerts and incidents Analyze security logs using SIEM tools Assist with vulnerability assessments and remediation Support network, endpoint, and application security Help detect threats such as phishing, malware, and unauthorized access Support protection of customer, payment, and transactional data Assist with Identity & Access Management (IAM) Support security audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities Maintain security documentation and incident reports Required Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, or related role Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals Knowledge of SIEM, security monitoring, and threat detection Exposure to EDR, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux environments Understanding of incident response processes Exposure to AWS or cloud security Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork skills Skills Cyber Security Fundamentals, SIEM, Security Monitoring, Threat Detection, Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, Network Security, Endpoint Security, IAM, Firewall Security, EDR, IDS/IPS, Windows, Linux, AWS Cloud Security Basics, Retail & E-Commerce Security, Customer Data Protection, Payment Security, Transaction Security, Risk Assessment, Security Auditing, Compliance, Documentation, Security Operations
