As part of our Employer Group, we work with a variety of forward-thinking partners and are excited to share this opportunity that sits within our growing group. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics professional to join on a part-time, contract as a Data Analytics Facilitator. This is a remote role focused on helping learners understand and apply data analytics concepts through engaging live sessions, industry insights, project support, assessment, and constructive feedback. The Facilitator will work with an established curriculum and use current industry experience to connect theoretical concepts with practical business applications. This role is particularly suited to a practising Data Analytics professional who is passionate about education, mentoring, and developing the next generation of data talent. Key Responsibilities - Create and deliver engaging live webinars, masterclasses, and learning sessions aligned with Data Analytics subject areas and course objectives. - Help learners understand curriculum content, technical concepts, analytical methods, and the practical application of Data Analytics in business environments. - Bring course content to life through relevant industry examples, business use cases, professional experience, and practical demonstrations. - Guide learners through project milestones, helping them apply analytical concepts and tools effectively while maintaining appropriate academic boundaries. - Support online social learning discussions by initiating relevant conversations, responding to learner questions, and encouraging meaningful engagement with key concepts. - Provide clear, constructive, and timely feedback on learner projects and submitted work. - Assess and grade learner project submissions consistently against established assessment criteria and marking guidelines. - Deliver live online sessions to learners across multiple time zones where required. - Work collaboratively with learner support colleagues to identify engagement challenges and help learners remain connected to their learning objectives and course progression. - Maintain current knowledge of Data Analytics practices, tools, industry developments, and emerging trends to ensure facilitation remains relevant to contemporary professional practice. Requirements - Minimum of 6 years of substantial professional Data Analytics experience, with experience across multiple stages of the analytics lifecycle. - Strong practical knowledge of a range of Data Analytics tools and technologies, which may include Excel, Tableau, SQL, Python, R, and RStudio. - Current professional experience in a Data Analytics or closely related role, with the ability to explain how analytical concepts are applied in real business environments. - Demonstrated teaching, facilitation, coaching, or mentoring capability, ideally with professional, postgraduate, or advanced adult learners. - A bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or another relevant discipline. A postgraduate qualification would be advantageous. - Strong communication and explanatory skills, with the ability to make complex technical concepts clear, engaging, and accessible to learners with different levels of experience. - Confidence using online communication, collaboration, learning, and presentation technologies to facilitate an effective remote learning experience. - Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, demonstrate empathy, provide constructive feedback, and support learner development. - A collaborative and adaptable approach, including the ability to work effectively with colleagues and learners operating across different locations and time zones. - Relevant industry certifications, leadership experience within Data Analytics, or previous online facilitation experience would be advantageous. Benefits - Collaborative, people-centred performance culture. - Opportunities to grow in a fast-paced environment. - The opportunity to use your professional Data Analytics expertise to support the development of emerging talent. - Exposure to a globally distributed learning environment and learners from varied professional backgrounds.
