Job Duties & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and automate data transformations to support the standardization of PRGX’s data
Work with AI, Software Engineering, and Audit teams to create data-driven solutions that improve PRGX’s operational efficiency
Build AI agents to accelerate Data Engineering development
Work with Data Engineering and Infrastructure teams to design future data architecture for PRGX
Partner with Field IT teams to modernize and standardize Audit-facing applications
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Qualifications
Multiple years’ experience as Data Engineer, Data Analyst, or BI Developer (preferably in Profit Recovery space)
In-depth experience with data modeling, ETL development, relational DB querying, and automation
Experience with Trino, DBT, and Prefect strongly preferred
Familiarity with AI concepts: Agent-centric architectures, AI-accelerated development, etc.
Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills (additional languages a plus)
Bachelor’s (or equivalent) degree required in Engineering, Analytics, Math, or Science disciplines
