Job Description

Position Summary We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role offers flexibility to work remotely. In this role, you will assist our team by updating and maintaining information in our databases and provide administrative support as needed. As the ideal candidate, you will have exceptional attention to detail and be self-motivated to keep yourself focused on assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

Preparing documentation for filing and/or associated correspondence. Obtaining all proper supporting information and documentation to ensure proper, efficient administration of the file (including, but not limited to income and other tax filings, asset realizations). Creating all documents required for signature Accurately transferring pertinent information from written and scanned records into Ascend (our internal software). Maintaining client confidence and protecting operations by keeping confidential information. Electronic filing of statutory documents Preparing documents for DocuSign Other tasks may be assigned as necessary

Qualifications
