Data Entry Specialist

This position has been created in response to an upgrade to our database systems and the company's goal of expanding its remote workforce. This is a fully remote position, allowing employees to work from home or another suitable location of their choice. Working hours are flexible, with morning, afternoon, or evening schedules available, subject to operational requirements. Compensation: Regular pay: $35 per hour Training pay: $25 per hour Key Responsibilities: · Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date client and employee records. Organize and distribute compliance documentation according to company procedures. · Follow up with administrative staff to obtain missing or incorrect documents and notify management of outstanding requests. · Enter, verify, and correct data by comparing records against original source documents, ensuring accuracy and proper filing. · Respond to data-related inquiries, track daily work completed, and prepare periodic management reports as needed. · Assist with summary balance sheets, account reconciliation, invoice recording, sales data analysis, and payroll data entry. · Perform routine maintenance on assigned equipment and use company-provided software to complete daily tasks efficiently.
