Data Entry Specialist (Remote)
About the position We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining travel, accessibility, and customer-related information within our internal systems. Your work will help ensure travelers have access to reliable and accurate information when planning their trips.
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update travel, hotel, activity, and accessibility information into company databases.
- Review and verify data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
- Maintain records by updating existing information and correcting discrepancies.
- Organize digital files and documentation according to company standards.
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to obtain missing or updated information.
- Generate reports and assist with data management projects as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role is preferred.
- Excellent typing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Experience with CRM or database systems is an advantage.
