Data Migration Analyst (SAP SuccessFactors ECP) Location: Remote (Work from Home) Contract Length: Initial 3-Month Contract Start Date: Immediate Start Available Language Requirement: Fluent English Our client is seeking an experienced Data Migration Analyst to join their team on an initial 3-month full-time contract. Working remotely, you will play a key role in supporting a critical SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) programme, ensuring the successful analysis, transformation, migration, validation, and reconciliation of payroll-related data. This is an excellent opportunity for a data migration specialist with strong SAP SuccessFactors ECP experience who enjoys working directly with stakeholders and delivering high-quality data outcomes within a fast-paced project environment.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse and assess source data held primarily within Excel and other legacy data sources. Gather, review, and validate data requirements with business stakeholders and customers. Perform data mapping, transformation, cleansing, and preparation activities. Support end-to-end migration of data into SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). Execute ETL and data load activities, ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the migration lifecycle. Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and exception analysis following data loads. Identify and resolve data quality issues and discrepancies. Provide regular progress updates, status reporting, and migration metrics to project stakeholders. Collaborate closely with functional teams, business users, and project leadership to ensure successful migration outcomes. Support testing activities and assist with issue resolution during migration cycles. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Data Migration Analyst or Data Migration Consultant. Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). Demonstrable experience migrating data into SAP SuccessFactors ECP environments. Strong understanding of ETL methodologies, data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. Experience working with large datasets within Excel and other source systems. Expertise in data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation activities. Strong understanding of data migration frameworks, methodologies, and best practices. Experience producing migration status reports and communicating progress to stakeholders. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Desirable Experience Previous experience working on HR, payroll, or SAP HCM transformation programmes. Experience supporting multiple migration cycles and cutover activities.
