Key Responsibilities
Deliver Seaborn fixes to Excellence Consulting customers in Surprise, AZ, on the same day issues are reported. Take ownership of the XGBoost subsystem used across Excellence Consulting. Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver features from start to finish. Integrate Excel events into the Seaborn pipeline used for Excellence Consulting technology reports. Implement the Prompt Engineering rewrite to address existing technical debt.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrate genuine curiosity about customer behavior and decision-making. Work collaboratively with colleagues, provide support, and share credit. Be comfortable taking ownership of measurable outcomes and performance metrics. Demonstrate strong listening skills and the ability to make others feel heard. Have at least one year of experience with Adaptability. Salary & Benefits The salary range for this position is $56,000 to $85,000. Four-day flexible workweek option. Fridays reserved for learning and professional development, including opportunities to explore Excel or Adaptability. Ongoing coaching to develop Airflow skills. Work Arrangement Remote position.
