Dental Fee Negotiator (Independent Contractor, Remote, Flexible) Job Summary As a Dental Fee Negotiator, you’ll work with dental providers to review proposed fees and negotiate terms that support fair, sustainable access to care. This is a project-based, independent contractor role: you set your own schedule and take on work when you’re available. All information needed for each negotiation, including fee data, market benchmarks, and guidelines, is provided to you. You bring the experience and negotiation skills. Responsibilities
Review the provided fee data, provider agreements, and market information for each project Prepare negotiation strategies using documented fee data and established guidelines Communicate with dental offices to discuss rates, contract terms, and questions Record negotiation activity, decisions, and follow-up actions in internal systems Coordinate with our team as needed to resolve issues and keep projects moving
Qualifications
Required: Experience in the dental industry, provider relations, contracting, or fee negotiation Strong written and verbal communication, listening, and negotiation skills Ability to analyze fee data, identify discrepancies, and explain findings clearly Self-directed and comfortable working independently without day-to-day supervision Organized and detail-oriented, with consistent documentation habits Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines while staying professional Pay: From $25.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
