Desktop Support Analyst - Level 1

This role is a Level 1 Desktop Support Analyst. The salary range is an estimate of pay for this position. Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and related infrastructure.
- Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with user account management and access control.
- Document technical procedures and user guides.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates.
- Provide end-user training on IT systems and applications.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT support or a related field.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting common hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts.
Nice-to-haves
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with IT ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of mobile device support.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+.
