DevOps Engineer IV
Job Description:
- Build and maintain Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code
- Design, improve, and support CI/CD pipelines
- Support production through incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Plan and run releases and deployments across environments
- Build monitoring, alerting, and dashboards
- Automate repetitive operational work with scripting and tooling
- Use AI tools for coding, troubleshooting, analysis, and documentation
- Help the team use AI tools effectively
- Apply AI to DevOps workflows, including incident triage, pipeline insights, and infrastructure automation
- Apply security best practices, including secrets management, managed identities, and least-privilege access
- Help manage cloud cost and capacity
- Document systems, runbooks, and decisions
- Share knowledge across the team
- Mentor other engineers
- Work with development, product, and security teams
Requirements:
- 4+ years in DevOps, platform, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong experience with Azure cloud services
- Experience with Terraform
- Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines
- Experience with PowerShell
- Experience with SQL Server
- Experience with containers, such as Azure Container Apps or Docker
- Experience with observability tools such as New Relic or Application Insights
- Regular day-to-day use of AI assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Claude
- Preferred: building AI agents or AI-driven automation for DevOps workflows
- Preferred: PostgreSQL
- Preferred: healthcare or other regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2)
- Preferred: Azure or Terraform certifications
