DevOps Engineer, Sr. - USA | Remote

Work from home Full-time role Hiring

About the Company

Bluprynt is building the Compliance OS for digital assets, providing enterprise-grade infrastructure that connects off-chain compliance with on-chain identity, policy, and supervisory visibility. Its platform helps issuers, banks, and other market participants meet regulatory expectations while maintaining the speed and flexibility of on-chain systems. The company completed the EU's first MiCA pilot, launched Know Your Issuer (KYI) with Paxos and Circle, partnered with Chainlink on automated on-chain compliance enforcement, and closed an oversubscribed $4.25 million Seed round in 2026.

About the Role

Bluprynt is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of its cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and data infrastructure. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), this role will help establish the engineering platform and practices for a small, highly collaborative team. A central part of the position is integrating AI coding agents into everyday development workflows. You will build the pipelines, safeguards, automated reviews, and testing processes that help the team deliver software efficiently without compromising quality, security, or visibility. The role also involves working directly with customers and internal teams to deploy, troubleshoot, and adapt the platform in real-world environments.

Key Responsibilities

Own cloud infrastructure, CI/CD systems, and deployment pipelines end to end using infrastructure as code. Lead the transition to a unified monorepo and pipeline, implementing branch protection, required reviews, and automated checks for every merge. Maintain reliable blockchain data integrations, including RPC providers, failover, rate limits, and indexing. Build AI agent-driven development workflows for the engineering team, including automated CI, code reviews, test generation, and environment setup. Improve developer onboarding so new engineers can begin contributing and shipping within days. Establish observability, alerting, incident response, and cost-management practices suitable for a small engineering team. Manage infrastructure security, secrets, access controls, and infrastructure hardening. Work directly with customers and internal teams to deploy, debug, and adapt the platform in real-world environments. Review pull requests across the codebase, maintaining standards for code quality, context, and documentation. Own the transition from the current technology stack to the target architecture, end to end and as code. Help establish engineering practices built around clear ownership, thorough reviews, visibility, and effective use of AI agents.

Required Qualifications

At least 8 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or infrastructure engineering, including end-to-end ownership of production systems. Strong experience building with AI coding agents in production workflows, including developing appropriate safeguards and review processes. Extensive hands-on AWS experience in production, including EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, VPC networking, IAM, and cost management. Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform, AWS CDK, or similar tools. Experience building and operating large-scale data infrastructure, including high-volume ingestion, streaming, data warehouses, and ETL orchestration. Production experience with containers and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS. Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines at scale, preferably in a monorepo environment. Familiarity with observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry. Strong coding ability in at least one of TypeScript, Go, Rust, or Python. Experience as an early engineer at a seed-stage or Series A startup, or in a comparable high-ownership role. Strong English communication skills and the ability to work core Eastern Time (EST) hours. Exceptional attention to detail, including careful code reviews, small and well-documented pull requests, and tested changes. A proactive approach to leadership, problem-solving, and identifying issues before they are assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with blockchain RPC infrastructure, including nodes, node providers, failover, archive data, and chain reorganizations. Familiarity with Ethereum/EVM chains or Solana. Experience with blockchain indexers and data pipelines, including The Graph, Substreams, or custom indexers. Experience in forward-deployed or customer-facing engineering roles. Experience with security and compliance initiatives such as SOC 2, key management, and audits. Technology Environment The current technology stack includes TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Heroku (with a migration underway), and multiple on-chain adapters, including Solana SAS, EAS, Base, Plume, Sepolia, Aptos, Avalanche, and Stellar. The target architecture includes AWS (ECS/EKS), PostgreSQL, Redis, infrastructure as code, and a unified monorepo and CI/CD pipeline with required reviews and automated checks on every merge. Work Arrangement This is a full-time remote position with core Eastern Time (EST) working hours. The role reports to the Chief Product Officer (CPO). Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience, to be discussed during the initial screening process. Ground-floor equity in a company developing infrastructure for the digital asset market. Direct involvement in building a platform intended to support regulators, issuers, and exchanges. Autonomy to shape the engineering organization, technology stack, and culture from an early stage. Direct collaboration with the founder, who has developed an in-depth understanding of the compliance domain.
