Digital Marketing - Web & GHL Specialist
This is a remote position.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and organised Digital Marketing - Web & GHL Specialist to support our digital marketing, social media, website, CRM, and general admin activities.
Portfolio is required. You will be responsible for managing key activities such as the following:
SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL MARKETING
- Create and manage social media content
- Manage social media accounts and audience engagement
- Repurpose content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
- Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages
- Manage social media outreach and appointment setting
- Create graphics and edit videos
- Write blogs and other marketing content
- Manage email marketing campaigns
- Support and implement social media strategies
- Track social media performance and KPIs
- Stay updated with social media trends and best practices
WEB DESIGN & GHL
- Update and maintain website content and pages
- Assist with basic website design and improvements
- Upload and manage website images, content, and other digital assets
- Manage CRM records and sales pipelines
- Manage and update GoHighLevel (GHL) contacts, pipelines, workflows, and campaigns
- Assist with GHL forms, landing pages, automations, and appointment systems
GENERAL ADMIN
- Manage CRM and database records
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Prepare monthly social media and digital marketing reports
- Manage and book appointments
- Assist with client enquiries and telephone support
- Manage emails, files, and documents
- Assist with webinars, meetings, and other marketing activities
- Provide general administrative support as required
Requirements
- Degree qualified (+)
- Minimum 3 years of Digital Marketing, Social Media Content Creation or similar
- Experience in web design and website management
- Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL), Wix, and WordPress
- Strong digital marketing and social media experience
- Experience in graphic design (logo) and video editing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Experience with Canva and video editing software such as Premiere
- Experience with Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social platforms
- Experience in content creation, social media engagement, and database management
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, organised, process-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Benefits
1. Monthly Salary: PHP 35,000 2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month 3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippine public holidays 4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation 10 days of annual leave credits 5 days of sick leave 5. HMO offered after 6 months' probation 6. Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days 7. Annual Salary Review 8. Laptop provided after 30 days 9. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet. 10. SHIFT TIMES: 8 AM - 5 PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday.Degree qualified; 3+ years digital marketing or social media content creation; experience with GoHighLevel, Wix, WordPress, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, OneDrive, Canva, Premiere; portfolio required.
