Director, Narrative Strategy

Continuously refine AI models, prompts, guardrails, evaluation criteria, and governance processes to improve narrative quality and consistency. Coach team members in narrative strategy, AI-enabled workflows, and emerging content technologies. Partner with Legal, Compliance, Clinical, and Communications teams to ensure AI-assisted content meets regulatory, clinical, accessibility, and brand requirements. Help shape enterprise communication strategies that strengthen trust, engagement, and personalized experiences across every touchpoint. Licensure / Certification / Registration: Required Credential(s): None Required. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. Additional Preferences: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Advertising, Creative Writing, Digital Media, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience considered. 8+ years of experience in content strategy, narrative development, brand storytelling, copywriting, communications, or creative leadership. Demonstrated experience leading teams responsible for enterprise messaging, content strategy, or brand voice. Experience developing AI-assisted content workflows, prompt strategies, editorial governance, or content operations strongly preferred. Experience managing cross-functional creative initiatives within complex organizations. Healthcare experience preferred. Experience in highly regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, insurance, pharmaceuticals, or consumer brands is highly desirable.
