Role Description The Director Process Excellence is a full-time remote role responsible for leading organizational efforts to improve and standardize key business processes. This role oversees end-to-end process reviews, identifies inefficiencies, and designs sustainable solutions that drive operational excellence across departments. Day-to-day responsibilities include mapping and analyzing workflows, defining process metrics, collaborating with cross-functional leaders, and implementing improvement initiatives. The Director will develop frameworks, guidelines, and best practices for process governance, monitor performance, and adjust strategies based on data and stakeholder feedback. This position also involves coaching teams on continuous improvement methodologies and ensuring alignment between process changes and business objectives.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Process Excellence and Operational Excellence, with experience leading organization-wide improvement initiatives. Expertise in Business Process and Business Process Improvement, including process mapping, redesign, and implementation. Advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, define KPIs, and generate actionable insights. Experience using continuous improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) and process management tools. Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels. Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills to support adoption of new processes. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) are an asset. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage priorities independently, and collaborate across distributed teams.
