Document Review Attorney - Creditor Rights Litigation

Key Responsibilities
- Review lawsuits and legal pleadings to ensure legal sufficiency and compliance with jurisdictional requirements
- Analyze supporting documentation to determine viability of legal claims and readiness for suit or judgment
- Send and respond to written correspondence related to case matters, including disputes, settlements, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with legal assistants and court teams to maintain pace with volume-based targets
- Maintain accurate documentation and case tracking in the firm's internal systems
- Communicate as needed with supervising attorneys regarding case nuances or exceptions
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in civil litigation or collections is helpful but not required
This is a salaried position with no billable hour requirement.
