This is a fully remote position based in Portugal.
What You'll Do
- Provide professional support to business customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients in navigating and using digital advertising tools and self-service platforms.
- Deliver both pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Investigate and resolve technical and account-related issues.
- Ensure timely follow-up and clear communication with customers.
- Identify opportunities to improve clients' advertising performance and overall experience.
- Collect valuable customer feedback and contribute to service improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Native or fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level).
- Good command of English (B2 minimum).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with online platforms and digital tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, sales support, or digital marketing is a plus.
