  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized store; enforce merchandising standards; and ensure all tasks align with the store plan. Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create compelling displays that drive sales.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Provide clear, timely updates to management and associates; recognize achievements; and deliver constructive feedback. Facilitate cross‑functional meetings to align on goals and share best practices.
  • Compliance & Safety: Uphold all labor laws, company policies, and safety protocols; support shrink reduction initiatives; and promote a culture of honesty and integrity. Conduct regular safety drills and ensure all associates are trained on emergency procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Partner with store management to identify training needs, refine processes, and implement best practices that enhance customer satisfaction. Analyze sales data, customer surveys, and operational metrics to uncover opportunities for growth.
  • Additional Duties: Perform any other responsibilities as assigned to support store success, including special projects, seasonal initiatives, or community outreach events.
