Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a network‑marketing or direct‑sales environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong phone presence, interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish rapport quickly.
• Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn customer‑service software applications.
