E-commerce Specialist (Shopify)

What we're looking for A fast-growing US-based DTC brand in the fitness and performance space is looking for a hands-on E-commerce Specialist to own its Shopify store. You'll be the voice of the site in the room. You'll keep every touchpoint accurate, fresh, and optimized for results, from the homepage hero to a new product launch. What You'll Be Doing Run weekly site updates in Shopify, including product launches, merchandising refreshes, navigation changes, and promotional setup, always on time and without needing follow-up. Partner with the product and creative teams on homepage and site merchandising, making sure all in-stock products are live and assets are ready. Monitor daily funnel performance (traffic, add to cart, checkout, conversion rate, AOV, and revenue per session) and dig into why a metric moved. Flag drops to the digital team with a clear view of what's driving them. Suggest and support on-site tests tied to the CRO program. Keep messaging consistent across the customer journey and bring in new e-commerce tactics worth testing. Requirements 1 to 3 years of hands-on eCommerce execution experience on Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or a similar platform. A solid understanding of funnel metrics (add to cart, cart to checkout, checkout to complete) and what moves them. A curious, investigative mindset. You don't just report numbers; you find the story behind them. Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple updates and deadlines. A proactive, ownership-driven approach to your work. Comfort working with tools like Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, Polar, and Slack.
Nice to Have
Hands-on Shopify experience. Familiarity with AI tools like Claude. A passion for fitness, performance, and pushing beyond the status quo.
