Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout Native PetNative Pet is a pet nutrition company based in St.Louis, Missouri, creating organic, highly effective, and limited-ingredient supplements for dogs and cats.Our products use wholefood and superfood ingredients to harness nature's healing powers and support the health and well-being of pets.We're a hybrid company with a passionate team that values flexibility, creativity, and continuous growth as we build a world-class brand.Job SummaryWe are seeking a Creative Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Designer to drive improvements in click-through rate (CTR) and conversion rate (CVR) across our Amazon & TikTok Shop listings.This role is focused on creative optimization--crafting, testing, and refining images and content to maximize performance.The ideal candidate combines strong design ability with an analytical mindset, using poll feedback and performance data to produce visuals that convert.This position will collaborate closely with our marketing and Amazon teams to elevate the visual storytelling and performance of our product pages.Key ResponsibilitiesImprove CTR & CVR :Lead ongoing optimization efforts for Amazon listings through creative testing and design updates.Main Image Design :Create and refine high-performing main images using poll feedback (via Intellivy or ProductPinion).Carousel Image Design :Develop persuasive and visually consistent carousel content based on poll and performance data.AContent Design :Design engaging, informative, and on-brand Acontent to improve conversion rates and customer understanding.Ad & Storefront Support :Collaborate on Sponsored Brand creatives, DSP assets, and storefront design to ensure brand alignment.TikTok & External Creative :Design main images and creatives for TikTok or external traffic campaigns where necessary.Creative Testing :Collaborate with team members to plan, analyze, and implement test outcomes into new creative iterations.Minimum QualificationsProven design experience, ideally within Amazon or eCommerce environments.Proficiency in Figma (preferred) or Canva for rapid creative iteration.Strong portfolio showcasing design work focused on performance or direct-response results.Excellent attention to visual detail, consistency, and brand cohesion.Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with Amazon creative formats (main image, Acontent, carousel, Sponsored Brand, and Storefront).Experience using polling and testing tools such as Intellivy or ProductPinion.Understanding of eCommerce CRO principles (CTR, CVR, and visual hierarchy).Basic familiarity with data-driven creative testing and split testing.What You'll GainOpportunity to directly influence the performance of a fast-growing Amazon brand.Experience collaborating across design, analytics, and marketing teams.A creative environment that values experimentation, data-driven insights, and visual storytelling.Powered by JazzHRqh84paIXzf.
