Engagement Pharmaceutical Sales Representative
Job Description:
- Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives
- Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities by engaging with healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations
- Develop and nurture relationships with HCPs and key decision-makers
- Provide approved information about assigned products, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned products, including features, benefits, and scientific data
- Communicate technical and clinical aspects of products to customers in an understandable manner
- Utilize CRM tools to document and track sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities
- Track progress against targets and highlight potential opportunities or challenges
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in life sciences or related with proven ability to meet or exceed goals
- Rare disease preferred
- High learning agility
- Self-starter able to successfully work independently and remotely
- Proven sales success in a competitive market
- Highly engaging, and influential communicator
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Willingness to work in multiple time zones as needed
- Successfully pass all required Amplity and client training
