Design and develop software solutions using Gosu, Guidewire, and Java technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs. Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing software systems. Maintain and update existing software applications to ensure optimal performance. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in software engineering. Continuously learn and improve skills in Gosu, Guidewire, and Java. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Work with project managers and other team members to deliver projects on time and within budget. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback. Follow best practices and coding standards to maintain high-quality code. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure software meets functional requirements and quality standards. Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and workflows.
