Epic Application Analyst
Requirements:
* EpicCare Ambulatory certification* Advanced experience with Epic Ambulatory application build, configuration, testing, and production support* Experience working with clinical and business operations to document current-state workflows and design future-state workflows* Experience translating operational and technical requirements into Epic system configuration* Experience developing test scripts, validating new build, and performing integrated testing* Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex Epic application, configuration, and system issues* Experience maintaining Epic dictionaries, profiles, tables, and other configuration components* Strong understanding of application interdependencies and downstream impacts across integrated systems* Experience partnering with end users, clinical operations, technical teams, and Epic personnel* Ability to identify configuration gaps, escalate issues, and drive resolution during implementation activities
Preferred Requirements:
* Experience supporting complex ambulatory and core clinical workflows* Experience with oncology-related clinical workflows* Experience supporting large-scale Epic implementations within a healthcare system* Experience with application build, workflow design, integrated testing, defect resolution, and operational readiness* Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and their impact on Epic configuration* Experience supporting change management and workflow redesign* Experience leading or supporting digital application implementation projects through activation
