Epic Application Analyst III Remote
- *Requirements:**
• EpicCare Ambulatory certification
- Advanced experience with Epic Ambulatory application build, configuration, testing, and production support
- Experience working with clinical and business operations to document current-state workflows and design future-state workflows
- Experience translating operational and technical requirements into Epic system configuration
- Experience developing test scripts, validating new build, and performing integrated testing
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex Epic application, configuration, and system issues
- Experience maintaining Epic dictionaries, profiles, tables, and other configuration components
- Strong understanding of application interdependencies and downstream impacts across integrated systems
- Experience partnering with end users, clinical operations, technical teams, and Epic personnel
- Ability to identify configuration gaps, escalate issues, and drive resolution during implementation activities
- *Preferred Requirements:**
• Experience supporting complex ambulatory and core clinical workflows
- Experience with oncology-related clinical workflows
- Experience supporting large-scale Epic implementations within a healthcare system
- Experience with application build, workflow design, integrated testing, defect resolution, and operational readiness
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and their impact on Epic configuration
- Experience supporting change management and workflow redesign
- Experience leading or supporting digital application implementation projects through activation
