About the Job- We are looking for an experienced Epic Willow to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Epic Willow IP, Testing, Troubleshooting along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments. Job Summary Configure, implement, and support Epic Willow Inpatient (IP) pharmacy workflows. Gather requirements and translate pharmacy/clinical needs into Epic solutions. Support system build, testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, and optimization. Collaborate with pharmacy, clinical, IT, and vendor teams. Support go-live, training, and post-production activities. Maintain validation, configuration, workflow, and system documentation. Ensure compliance with healthcare, patient-safety, and regulatory requirements. Requirements: 5+ years of experience with Epic Willow Inpatient. Epic Willow IP certification preferred. Strong knowledge of inpatient pharmacy and medication management workflows. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
