Competitive pay will be considered for qualified candidates commensurate with experience. Notes: 100% remote role. Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Description: Involves the design, building, configuration, testing, implementation, and maintenance of clinical application systems. Functions as the primary support contact and application expert for APeX, working under the direction of the Team Lead and/or Manager. Analyzes clinical and business workflows, policies, procedures, and operational constraints to ensure the application meets user needs and clinical practice standards. Collaborates with clinicians to develop or adapt written protocols and optimize clinical workflows. Prepares detailed specifications covering clinical processes, information flow, application functionality, risk assessments, and impact analysis. Investigates and documents operational requirements and application functionality to support system configuration and improvements. Analyzes new application releases, evaluates their impact on existing workflows, and implements necessary modifications. Builds and populates databases and tables during initial system configuration, conducts system testing, and validates data conversions. Coordinates and resolves application-related issues throughout project implementation. Develops and documents internal procedures and establishes application change control processes. Creates user training materials and trains end users on application functionality and workflows. Provides troubleshooting, customer service, and ongoing technical support to end users during training, go-live, stabilization, and post-implementation operations (24/7). Qualifications: Must be Epic Willow certified. Successful candidates are skilled communicators who made decisions independently and in collaboration with others up and down the project structure. They are considered technical leaders with a high degree of knowledge in the overall field and recognized expertise in specific areas. Attention to detail is a critical skill for this position.
