Executive Assistant

This is a remote position.

Level is a remote staffing company that connects businesses with highly skilled Filipino virtual assistants. We help clients build reliable, long-term remote teams while providing professionals with meaningful career opportunities and ongoing support.

Our client is a boutique event planning and production company specializing in high-end weddings, hospitality experiences, and white-label production support. As the business grows, the focus is on maintaining organized operations, high execution standards, and a consistent client experience.

This isnot an entry-level administrative role. Reporting directly to the Owner, the Executive Assistant will serve as an operational extension of leadership—managing priorities, coordinating day-to-day operations, and ensuring commitments are followed through with minimal oversight.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.

• Manage the executive’s inbox, prioritize communications, and draft/respond to emails as appropriate.

• Track deadlines, commitments, deliverables, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, production partners, and internal teams.

• Support client, project, and producer onboarding and documentation.

• Review documents for grammar, formatting, accuracy, and consistency.

• Organize Google Drive files and company documentation.

• Support document preparation, templates, and administrative processes.

• Handle personal administrative tasks, travel, and appointments.

• Identify opportunities to reduce friction & improve workflows once familiar with existing processes

Work Schedule:Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm ET

Rate:$8.50/hour
