Role overview
Remote Recruitment is hiring a remote Executive Assistant to support a UK-based employer from South Africa. You'll be the right hand to a senior leader, protecting their time and keeping everything moving. This is a fully remote role working 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).
Key responsibilities
- Manage a busy diary, travel and meeting logistics
- Screen and prioritise inbox traffic and draft replies
- Prepare agendas, board papers and follow-up actions
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Coordinate projects and chase deadlines across the team
What you'll need
- Experience supporting senior leadership or directors
- Excellent organisation and the judgement to prioritise well
- Strong Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills
- Clear written and spoken English
- A reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace
