Executive Officer - Remote

At Kett Cosmetics, we pride ourselves on being a leader in the beauty industry.Our mission is to empower and inspire people to express themselves through makeup, and we are looking for a Product Developer to help us bring our vision to life.Reporting directly to the Creative Director, the Product Developer will work closely with our product development team to bring new and innovative products to the market.This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of the cosmetics industry.Job Responsibilities :Provide strategic leadership and direction for the company, ensuring growth and profitability.Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company, including finance, sales, marketing, and product development.Collaborate with the CEO and other members of the senior management team to develop and execute strategic plans, budgets, and policies.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry influencers.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and expand our market share.Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities for the company.Review financial reports and make recommendations to improve financial performance.Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve company goals and objectives.Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven track record of successful leadership and management of a business or department.Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.Proficient in financial management and budget planning.Passion for the beauty industry and knowledge of current trends.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.The pay range for this role is :27 - 35 USD per hour(Remote (Jacksonville, Florida, US))PI276949659.
